I bought a Samsung front loading washer last month. The service was friendly and efficient and I felt reassured by the 90 day warranty. Unfortunately the washer has stopped working but after a quick phone call, a technician is coming out on Monday. So please to have the warranty supported and I have a good excuse to not do laundry until Monday. Win - win!
