I bought a Samsung front loading washer last month. The service was friendly and efficient and I felt reassured by the 90 day warranty. Unfortunately the washer has stopped working but after a quick phone call, a technician is coming out on Monday. So please to have the warranty supported and I have a good excuse to not do laundry until Monday. Win - win!

Update: machine was repaired but broke down again. Once again a quick phone call to WA While Goods and they offered me a range of replacement washers an are dropping my choice off today. More than happy to give a 5star rating. Their after sales service is excellent. Anyone can sell you something, but not everyone can be trusted to back up that sale with friendly and honest support. 😃👍🏻
